1/2 cebolla también cortada en cuadritos 🧅
1 diente de ajo cortado finamente 🧄
1 libra de carne molida
1 taza de parmesano
1/2 taza de pan molido
1 huevo
sal y pimienta al gusto
2 litros de caldo de pollo o agua y sazona con chicken bouillon
Pasta de tu preferencia (yo use municiones o bolitas)
Paso a seguir:
• Combina la carne, el pan molido, parmesano, el huevo, y agrega la sal y pimienta.
•Has albóndigas de 2 a 3 cm tienen que ser chicas, y déjalas a un lado.
• En una olla pon la zanahoria, cebolla y ajo a sofreírse hasta que estén tiernos.
•Agregas el caldo o el agua y dejas hervir, por mientras en otra sartén cose las albóndigas hasta que tengan un color café o están doradas.
•Cuando las albóndigas estén listas y ya haya hervido el caldo agrégalas y después de 5 min. Agrega la pasta de tu preferencia.
• Deja cocer la pasta, cuando ya esté está lista sirve caliente para disfrutar.
