Products I Avoid for V Care 🐱

With all the options out there to take proper hygiene care of your vagina, it can feel conflicting to know what to do.

In this post, I’ll go over products I avoid and what I do and use instead in order to stay clean down there.

Of course, every body is unique and different so always remember to consult your physician if you have any concerns.

... Read moreMaintaining vaginal health is crucial for overall well-being, and knowing which products to avoid can help. According to experts, many feminine washes are unnecessary because the vagina is self-cleaning and effectively maintains its pH balance. Instead of using such products, it is recommended to simply wash the external area with water to prevent irritation and discomfort. Additionally, fragranced soaps can be harsh on sensitive skin and lead to irritation or imbalances. If soap is preferred, experts advise opting for a gentle, unscented variety to minimize potential issues. Practicing good hygiene does not require intricate products; often, simplicity is key. Also, prioritize your health by consulting with a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your intimate care routine. By adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure your vaginal health is prioritized effectively.
