Wellness Must-Haves For Nausea
Wellness Must-Haves for Nausea
Nausea can be a difficult thing to experience. I recently started having trouble with nausea when I entered my late 20s. After trying things to see what might help, here are my wellness must-haves for nausea
01. Bananas
Bananas are a great option to relieve nausea as they are known to stimulate the production of mucus on the stomach lining. They are also full of potassium, which is a necessary part in restoring the body to an even state.
02. Ginger
Ginger has been a popular option in treating nausea! There are so many options to take it in such as through ginger teas, ground ginger capsules, or ginger chews.
03. Essential Oils
If you don't want to consume more when you feel nauseous, essential oils are a great alternative. With my diffuser, I like to add a few drops of peppermint oil to fill in the room. This is a relaxing aromatherapy option for me.

Nausea can stem from various causes including pregnancy, migraines, motion sickness, and gastrointestinal issues. It affects millions worldwide, making effective remedies essential. In addition to bananas, known for potassium and mucosal support, ginger remains a staple for nausea relief due to its active compounds that can soothe the stomach. Ginger teas and supplements are popular choices. Essential oils, particularly peppermint, offer aromatherapy benefits, promoting relaxation and reducing discomfort. Many find that inhaling peppermint oil can lessen feelings of nausea quickly. Beyond these remedies, staying hydrated and eating small, frequent meals can contribute significantly to an overall feeling of wellness. Furthermore, engaging in light activities or taking deep breaths can help divert focus from nausea. Always consult a healthcare professional if nausea persists, as it may indicate underlying health concerns. With the right approach and remedies, anyone dealing with nausea can find comfort and relief.
