What I’d Remove To Glow Up Faster

01. Draining Relationships

If there are certain friendships or relationships in your life that feel draining, consider distancing yourself from them if possible. While there are of course nuances to this, I would try to focus and spend more time on the positive relationships in my life. Most especially, I think this could also be a great opportunity to focus on the relationship with yourself and how you can add to it. This might look like having a self-care night, reading your favorite book, or journaling and checking in with yourself.

02. Foods That Lower Energy

It's important to pay attention to what you consume and how it might affect your energy levels. Having a healthy balance with all different kinds of foods is a great way to stay sharp and focused. While this doesn't mean to avoid junk food or any other group of foods, consider paying attention to foods that bring your energy up and pacing yourself when it comes to consuming foods that bring your energy down.

03. Judgement of Self and Others

While a glow up does take time, directing your focus on unhelpful judgement can further delay the process. As you might already know, no one is perfect. Hold yourself with grace and be proud of the steps you're taking to improve your life no matter how small the steps.
