I went ahead and threw these bad boys in my instant pot and let them cook while I was at the gym 😌
What I did, I went ahead and seasoned my chops up with the usual seasonings and with whatever I found in my pantry. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne pepper, and ground mustard.
( Season until your heart says it’s enough)
Once the chops were seasoned. I went ahead and threw them in the instant pot with a can of mushroom soup, an au jus packet, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and 1.5 cup of water.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes
Once the chops are done and you no longer have pressure in the instant pot. Go ahead and serve with mashed potatoes.
