KETO Friendly Dish

So I lost about 20lbs with a disciplined, no sugar, low carb, lifestyle…and then I became a little to laxed…with life life-ing I started to lose sight of all that discipline.

While I didn’t gain all of that weight back, I dis put back on a few pounds more than I’m comfortable with…and so it’s time for me to get back on track.

This dish came out better than expected and it was oh so delicious.

Chicken thighs, red peppers, green pepper, minced garlic, spicy marinara, with olive oil…perfection.
