Prenatal Massages in SG

Being pregnant, the lower back aches and water retention is no joke!! There’s quite a few choices for prenatal massages in Singapore and here’s some places that I’ve tried:

📍: Oasia Spa Sentosa - 5/5 (not pictured)

💰: Redeemed voucher (U.P. $170 for 60 mins)

🤰: 21 weeks

💭 : It’s the best out of all the places (but super expensive)!! It has heated & adjustable height bed, U shaped pillow for your comfort. The masseuse also constantly check in on whether the pressure is ok 👍

📍: Madam Partum - 0/5

💰: Trial price - $48 for 60 mins

🤰: 23 weeks

💭: I was looking forward to the trial since it’s such a well known brand and intended to sign package if reasonable but it was the WORST experience ever!! Please avoid the masseuse named Shuimei AT ALL COST if u intend to visit. I’ve mentioned multiple times throughout that the pressure was too hard and she did not take that into consideration at all. Additionally, I arrived early but no consultation was done to check on preferred pressure etc and the session actually started like 5 mins late.

📍: Spa Rael @ Amara Sanctuary - 4/5

💰: $119.61 after Amex $130 voucher discount for 60 mins

🤰: 25 weeks

💭: It was average, nothing wow but not bad either but at that price point I think it’s a little expensive :p

📍: BMB @ Paragon - 4.5/5

💰: $65.40 for 60 mins

🤰: 27 weeks

💭: It was an enjoyable massage and the therapist Anna knows where’s the pain points! -0.5 cause there was a bit of hard selling at the end.. but overall still a pleasant experience. I think they have packages at upcoming mummy’s market :)

📍: Clarins Spa @ Ion Orchard - 5/5

💰: used voucher $100 for 60 mins (from beautiful pregnancy set)

🤰: 31 weeks

💭: Bed is heated and height adjustable! Please note that it doesn’t rlly target muscles pains, more of stretch marks concern. The therapist will assess your tummy and let you know which areas are prone and will advise you to apply accordingly. You can choose target areas for massage (i.e. tummy, boobs, face, legs etc). No hard selling and there was Clarins samples at the end :)

✨: I’ve recently joined a mummy’s group and it seems that M Wellness prenatal massage is recommended as it’s is very affordable; 2 sessions at $158 ($79/session) at the comfort of your home! I didn’t try it as I’m already 34 weeks so can’t comment much.

✨: if you’re heading to Bali, can check out spring spa for prenatal massages. Very affordable at less than $40 SGD for 60 mins :) recommend to book appointment before heading down.

Disclaimer: None of the massages are sponsored and are my honest opinion and your experience may differ~

... Read moreFrom my own experience and chatting with other expectant moms, prenatal massages can be a lifesaver for easing the common discomforts during pregnancy, like lower back pain and swollen legs. It’s important to find a place where the masseuse really understands prenatal needs — especially concerning pressure levels and supportive positioning. For example, I found that places offering heated and adjustable beds, along with special pregnancy pillows, made the sessions much more relaxing and effective. Always communicate clearly about your preferred pressure, as some therapists may not automatically adjust it unless you mention it. For expecting moms who prefer convenience, getting prenatal massages at home can be a great option. Services like M Wellness offer affordable packages that bring professional therapists directly to your doorstep, saving you travel time and ensuring you can rest immediately after the session. Another tip is to book your prenatal massage well in advance, especially if you plan to visit popular spas or when traveling abroad — like Bali’s Spring Spa, which is known for affordable prenatal treatments. Remember that prenatal massages can target different concerns: some focus on muscle pain relief, while others, like Clarins Spa, concentrate more on stretch mark prevention and skin care. So, choose based on what matters most to you. Also, always verify that the therapist is trained in prenatal massage techniques, as improper pressure or techniques could cause discomfort or even harm during pregnancy. Lastly, I recommend joining local mummy groups or forums to hear about the latest deals and trusted prenatal massage providers. This peer advice can help avoid unpleasant experiences, such as the one mentioned with Madam Partum, and discover hidden gems or package deals that aren’t widely advertised.

KKH subsidised to private
1️⃣ Why KKH? I chose to go KKH for all my pregnancy checkups simply because it is the nearest hospital from my house. It takes only about 20-30min (depending on bus waiting time) from my doorstep to KKH, so it is very convenient. And of course, with KKH being a well-known women's and children&
