This is for a 24oz cup. Adjust to your liking.
Ingredients For the shaken espresso:
Double shot of espresso
2 tbsp brown sugar (I use Truvia)
Cinnamon powder, to your liking
6-8oz milk of choice
Caramel sauce, optional
For the shaken espresso:
✨ In your shaker cup, add ice
✨ Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar
✨ Add cinnamon to your liking
✨ Add your espresso shots
✨ Shake until it becomes foamy, just a few seconds
✨ In your cup, line it with Caramel drizzle, if using.
✨ Pour in your shaken espresso.
✨ Add in your milk of choice
👉8oz if you do NOT want cold foam
👉 6oz if you DO want cold foam
Cinnamon Caramel Cold Foam
2oz heavy cream
2 pumps caramel syrup
Cinnamon to your liking
✨ Froth until your desired consistency
✨ Pour on top of your shaken espresso.
✨ Drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon
