Latte base:
Double shot espresso
8oz vanilla protein shake or milk of choice
3 tbsp cinnamon oatmeal cookie syrup

Maple Bourbon Pecan Cold Foam
2oz heavy cream
2 pumps maple bourbon pecan syrup
Topping:
Chopped pecans
McCormick Maple Brown Sugar finishing sugar
1. Brew your espresso with the cinnamon oatmeal cookie syrup
2. Fill your cup with ice
3. Add your protein shake and espresso mix mixture
4. Froth together your cold foam ingredients to your desired consistency, then pour on top of your latte
5. Top with chopped pecans and finishing sugar
