They are SO much safer than steam saunas! You do not want to aspirate other peoples germs. Sitting in a steam room is like breaking in all the detoxed liquids and germs from another persons body. No thank you! The fact that they do not have steam also allows you to gauge how well your body is detoxing, ie. how much you sweat!

They allow for more than one mindful practice at once; you get to meditate because they're often solo saunas! They're quiet and peaceful for introspection.

It increases your immune system and boosts your body's ability to fight off free-radicals! They heat your body to a temperature that its essentially like a fever which burns off virus', toxins, and more.
