Steak from Oink and Moo Butcher in Ellijay Georgia. Grilled on a cast-iron skillet, outside, open fire. My husband is a beast on the grill and knows how to do it. However, the butcher suggested to add this seasoning and nothing else. I’m not even kidding support this business and you will not be disappointed.@
