for me personally, it was worth it!
because, with temperate sensing you get an estimate on when you’re going to start ovulating. the longer battery life is better for me since i want to track my steps during long work days then tracking my gym workout right after
before upgrading, my se 2 would need to be charged 2-3 times throughout the day. since i’ve upgraded i can go 24 hrs without a charge and track my sleep better at night.
tracking my sleep is crucial because i have insomnia and want to better my sleep habits or find out if i’m possibly showing any sleep apnea symptoms
(so far no symptoms!)
in terms of the “always on” display, i don’t care for it.
