Day 5/75 hard Challenge 🫶
Almost a week 🥹🤍 #75hardchallenge #postpartumweightloss
Oh my goodness, can you believe I'm already on Day 5 of my 75 Hard Challenge? It feels like both a whirlwind and a slow crawl at the same time! When people search for '75 Hard Challenge results,' they often see incredible transformations from people who've completed all 75 days. But let me tell you, the journey to those results starts right from Day 1, and Day 5 is a crucial stepping stone. Today was another solid day of sticking to the program, which is key to seeing those big results later on. My morning started with a brisk walk 'Onmy Walk' under the 'Beautiful Moon' – nothing beats that fresh air to clear your head and get the blood pumping. Then, it was all about hitting my water goal. You wouldn't believe how much water you have to drink, but I 'Finished My Water' goal today, and honestly, it makes such a difference in energy levels and feeling full. The meal plan has been a game-changer for me, especially on this postpartum weight loss journey. I 'Followed my Meal Plan' religiously today, and it's amazing how much more intentional I feel about my food choices. It's not just about losing weight; it's about nourishing my body properly. For my workout, I decided on a '50Min Swedish' session, which felt incredible for recovery – sometimes it's not about crushing it, but about caring for your body. I even 'tried to film some of my workout', though I 'put the camera wrong', haha! It's all part of the learning process. Beyond the physical, the mental discipline is what truly builds towards lasting results. I 'Read 10 Pages' of a non-fiction book today, which helps train my mind and keeps me focused on personal growth. And of course, the daily progress pic – I '& Took My Pic' and it's wild to think how different I might look by Day 75! For anyone looking into the '75 Hard Challenge results,' remember that consistency in these daily tasks is what compounds over time. It's not just about one day; it's about showing up every single day. The discipline you build by doing these non-negotiable tasks – two 45-minute workouts (one outside!), a gallon of water, following a diet, no alcohol/cheat meals, reading 10 pages, and taking a progress pic – is what ultimately leads to not just physical changes, but a complete mental overhaul. It's about proving to yourself what you're capable of. I'm excited to share more of my journey and eventually, my own 'results' with you all!
