No spend activities for students this June! 🍋

I reviewed my May expenses and honestly, it's not good. I've spent quite a bit on stuff that I don't really need, so I figured I'll share some no-spend activities that we can do this June.

These activities can provide entertainment, learning, and social interaction without requiring you to spend any money.

If I have extra time, I'd also like to try hosting movie nights, attending local events, and volunteering.

This June, students can enjoy a variety of no-spend activities that contribute to personal growth and community engagement. Consider starting a journal or writing poetry to express creativity. Reading is another enriching activity; make the most of your local library’s resources to borrow books, or explore free eBooks available online. For those interested in expanding their knowledge, platforms like Coursera, Khan Academy, and edX offer valuable free online courses on diverse subjects. Staying active is important too—follow free workout videos on YouTube or take advantage of your local park by jogging or walking. Creating content can be fulfilling as well. Try making YouTube videos or short films with your smartphone, or embark on crafting projects using materials you already have at home. Language learning has never been easier with free apps like Duolingo, allowing students to learn new languages at their pace. Engaging in community events can be rewarding; check for free workshops and lectures happening at your local library. These activities not only lend themselves to fun and learning but also foster connections and support among peers.
