The 5-Minute Aesthetic Oatmeal Bowl 🍓🥣
Who says toddler food can’t look aesthetic? ✨ Some mornings are busy and chaos, but on the slower mornings, I love taking an extra 60 seconds to make the boys’ breakfast look a little special. This elevated oatmeal bowl is packed with nutrients and looks like it came from a cafe!
What you need to make two bowls:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 banana, sliced and fanned out
• 3-4 fresh strawberries, diced
• A sprinkle of cinnamon
• A pinch of chia or flax seeds
How to make it:
Cook your oats according to the package. The “fancy” part is just how you place the fruit! Fan the banana slices around the edge and pile the strawberries in the middle. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon and seeds!
Does it taste the exact same if you just dump it all in? Yes. Do the boys mix it all together in 3 seconds anyway? Also yes 😂 But making it look pretty brings me a little bit of joy in the morning, and that matters too!
