If you're craving a steakhouse experience that balances ambiance and exceptional flavors, this place is a must-visit. The wide, well-spaced tables create an inviting atmosphere where you can truly enjoy your dinner without strain. Starting with their Crab Thermidor, I found the crab meat chunky and perfectly seasoned, pairing beautifully with the light roasted scallops that whetted my appetite without overwhelming. The highlight was undoubtedly the main course. The 45-day dry-aged bone-in sirloin arrived tender and juicy, infused with an irresistible smoky aroma from the wood fire grill. Even more impressive was the 28-month pure breed Wagyu filet mignon—thick, perfectly pink inside, and bursting with rich flavors that had me eager to return just for this cut. Accompaniments like curried carrots and creamy spinach added an exciting twist that kept my palate engaged. Dessert was the perfect way to round off the meal. The sticky toffee pudding, topped with candied pecans, was decadently warm and rich but not cloying. The banana cream pie offered a homely, balanced sweetness that satisfied my sweet tooth without overpowering. Though we skipped the wine due to recovering from flu, the food alone made it a memorable dinner that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a proper steak experience you won’t regret.
