This not only helped in burning calories but also in building muscle, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy metabolism. Engaging in activities I enjoyed, such as cycling and group fitness classes, made it easier to stay motivated. Moreover, tracking my progress was a game changer. I used apps and journaling to monitor my food intake, exercise routines, and weight loss milestones. This accountability kept me focused and committed to my goals. Emotional and mental health aspects also cannot be overlooked in a weight loss journey. Managing stress through meditation, sleep hygiene, and self-care routines contributed positively to my overall well-being and weight loss results. Engaging in support groups online, including communities focused on weight loss and healthy living, provided a sense of belonging and motivation. Lastly, it’s important to note that every individual’s weight loss journey is unique. What worked for me might be different for someone else, but the core principles of healthy eating, regular exercise, and self-discipline remain relevant across the board. If you’re considering embarking on your own weight loss journey, remember to consult with healthcare professionals and develop a personalized plan that suits your individual needs.

I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
