Work out then dinner

I made some lamb seasoned and cooked it with coconut oil with green beans and asparagus , red and green peppers and some organic wild rice this was a 10/10 I did a 30 minute work out for today even tho I wasn’t feeling motivated to do so but I did and I have been up on my feet today ! But I’m happy I still tried my best to work out that’s all the matters I still did 30 minutes !
