Dinner — Salmon Cajun Pasta 🐟🍝

This meal took a minute to make! I’ve been wanting something with a little spice so this is what I came up with!! Also been trying to take a break from dairy so I substituted our regular milk for oat milk even left out cheese all together!!

Pasta:

✨ 3 tbl Butter

✨ 3 tbl Flour

✨ 3-4 cups Oat Milk

✨ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

✨ 2 Tbl Minced Garlic

✨ 5 oz Fresh Chopped Spinach

✨ 8 oz Pasta ( I used Rotini )

✨ Old Bay, Salt, Pepper, Basil, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Sage — To Taste

💥 Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour

💥 Add milk ( may need more or less depending on how thick or loose you like your sauce )

💥 In a separate pan, sauté bell pepper, garlic & spinach, then add to sauce

💥 In another pot cook pasta until al dente, drain then add to the sauce

💥 Stir together && season to taste!!

Salmon:

💥 Brush with Dijon Mustard

💥 Season with Old Bay & Lemon Pepper Seasoning

💥 Put in a 400° air - fryer for about 15 minutes

💥 When it’s done add a squeeze of lemon
