✨ How I Plan My Meals for Weight Loss

For me, the foundation was simple: high protein + good carbs + plenty of veggies. That’s how I managed to drop the extra pounds and actually keep it off.

But let’s be real — eating right is the hardest part. Some days you do great, other days you fall off, or you have to choose the affordable option over the healthier one. I’ve been there too.

Here are the little habits that helped me stay consistent:

1️⃣ Protein at every meal – eggs, chicken, beans, or yogurt.

2️⃣ Carbs that fuel me – oats, rice, or potatoes in balanced portions.

3️⃣ Lots of veggies – easy way to feel full without the guilt.

4️⃣ Tea ritual 🌿 – every night I drink a cup of Pyrutea. It helps with digestion and makes me feel lighter, especially after heavier meals.
