Zucchini/Banana Bread

Recipe:

1 stick of butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cup of flour

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

2 tsp. Vanilla Flavor

1/2 cup milk or almond milk

1/2 cup Zuchinni

1/2 cup of walnuts (optional)

3 - Bananas (smashed with fork)

Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, all ovens are different!

Mix Butter, sugars, eggs, milk and vanilla all together. Then add in dry ingredients. Mix in smashed bananas and zuchinni.

*Do not overbake
