What You’ll Need:

1 cup of milk (whole, 2%, or even plant-based alternatives)

1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions:

Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar into a measuring cup.

Add enough milk to reach the 1-cup mark.

Stir and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes. The mixture will curdle slightly, mimicking the tangy, thick consistency of buttermilk.
