Delicious chicken thighs

1. Season and marinate chicken to taste. (I used: mustard, olive oil, slap ya mama, Mrs. Dash lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper).

2. Sear chicken top side down on the stove for about 10 minutes. Add chopped onion and red wine vinegar.

3. Flip over and bake covered at 375 for 20 minutes.

4. Top with butter sauce and cook uncovered at 400 for 10-15 minutes until brown and beautiful (like me).

•Butter sauce: butter, fresh parsley and garlic, lime juice, orange juice, honey, salt.
