Vegetarian | Baby & Family Meal Prep Ideas
#momsoflemon8 Here's 5 days of each meal for my baby (18mo). As a southern mom, we typically use the same ingredients in various ways to create new dishes, especially for our little one.
We use this method to prevent food waste & ofcourse save a few bucks.
🥞 BREAKFAST:
- Mini Pancakes + DF Yogurt + Blackberries
- PB J Sandwich + Hemp seeds ( added afterwards because I'm forgetful)
🍅 LUNCH:
- Tomato Bisque + Straps ( we ate buttery herb toast)
- Cheesy Pesto Bread ( we ate this wings )
🍫 SNACK:
- Kettle corn & grapes ( we ate this with hard salami )
- Fresh Blueberries ( we ate this dipped in yogurt & chocolate. I love Tru Fru but honestly wanted DF & sugar free chocolate)
🥔 DINNER:
- Cacio e Pepe + Peas + Tenders ( we all ate this )
- Bangers & mash ( Had to buy vegan sausage for her )Atlanta
