40 g maitake mushrooms

Bacon 50 g

10 g salted butter

Boiled juice About 1 ladle

1 / 4 teaspoon chicken stock

1-2 teaspoons of noodles

a pinch of salt

A little pepper

Grated cheese

① Maitake takes a stone and loosens it

② Cut the bacon into strips

③ Slice the onion thinly

④ Finely chop the garlic

⑤ Boil the pasta 30 seconds shorter than the indicated time

⑥ Heat olive oil, butter and garlic in a frying pan

⑦ When the scent comes out, fry the bacon, maitake mushrooms, and onions

⑧ Add boiled water, chicken soup stock, and noodles

Add pasta and mix. Season with salt.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper and grated cheese
