「松のや 上牧店」付近で検索していると、サクッと食べられる定食も良いけど、たまには“ちゃんとした和食”でゆっくりしたい日もありますよね。私はそんな気分の日に、上牧町で見つけた鰻のお店（うな福 奈良本店）へ。結論、記念日っぽい雰囲気でも入りやすくて、ランチ候補に入れておくと便利でした。 このお店の名物は「鰻のせいろ蒸し」。関西でよく見る“香ばしく焼いた鰻をそのまま楽しむ”タイプと違って、焼いた鰻とタレのご飯をせいろで蒸し上げるので、全体がふわっと一体感のある味になります。蓋を開けた瞬間に香りが立って、鰻はふっくらやわらかめ。錦糸卵の下に、タレがじんわり染みたご飯が入っていて、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 一方で「今日は王道がいい！」という人には、定番のうな重もおすすめ。表面はパリッと香ばしく、中はふっくら。個人的には、せいろ蒸し＝しっとり系、うな重＝パリッと系で気分で選べるのが嬉しいポイントでした（写真にある“パリッと食感がたまらない”ってまさにそれ）。 行く前に知っておくと安心なのが、鰻は売り切れ次第終了なこと。特に週末や「ここに行ったら…」と決めている日は、早めの時間帯を狙うか、電話で在庫状況を確認するとスムーズです。駐車場があるので車でも行きやすく、店内も落ち着いた和の雰囲気で、家族ごはんやちょっと特別な日にも使いやすいと思いました。 そして、平日限定のランチセットがあるのも嬉しいところ。「松のや 上牧店」近くでランチ候補を探している人は、 ・手軽さ重視の日＝定食 ・ご褒美ランチの日＝鰻（せいろ蒸し／うな重） みたいに使い分けると、同じエリアでも満足度が上がります。お出かけ前に営業時間や最新メニューは公式情報でチェックしてから行ってみてください。
