ADHD notes with dash of bpd

Sometimes I struggle sometimes I just can’t see past the goop that’s in my eyes forming from the tears that run down my cheeks and honestly I feel like I’m losing me . And here’s the harsh reality not many people will remember me in a year let alone five , I wouldn’t even have an enough to carry my casket to lay me down to rest . I would never leave my children with a mass of my own selfishness . The damage it causes, and the pain in their heart . It would leave this deep void of emptiness in the loved ones life’s . Leaving them to only have more Questions. Feeling as if they weren’t enough . I live not for myself but for my kids and just maybe I see that today was a ok day and I survived one more day and I am grateful I am loved and I matter I am making a difference even In small ways
