Day 118 - 12 Aug.
This morning went to the bathroom full 💩, the early part was a little stiff, but the latter smoothie was very relieved ~
Prepare food for my mother and boil porridge for my sister.
Today's own food is fully organized:
• 3 piece chicken calf (bought from Top on sale last night)
• Cow tenderloin (Top on sale as well, over a hundred baht / piece!)
Bake in a kind of hot air baking pot. Soft outer frame in. Fragrant, bergamot leaves padded under. 🍗🍖✨
Wrapped meat and chicken on the way back to Bangkok.
Stop by the 1 calf chicken eating pump + tenderloin + raw dates (a little astringent, a little sweet, delicious crisp!)
Evening:
Eat 1 avocado 🥑 + 1 chicken (another calf for grandchildren)
Arrive safely in Bangkok with the end of the day by tasting custom-made pickled cucumbers!
Flavor: Very salty, but very crispy, fits the keto / carnewer strings.

There are kimchi bought from a Korean restaurant, still a little left, so eat together with a narrow pork meal late at night. Today is very juicy. Eat the most.
