私も以前、東京スカイツリータウンの『GRAND CASTELLA』を訪れて台湾カステラを味わったことがあります。店内は清潔感があり、全席禁煙なので快適でした。カステラは想像以上に大きくて、ふわふわで口に入れるとすっと溶けるような柔らかな食感に驚きました。特にチーズ味はまろやかでコクがあり、甘さ控えめなので何個でも食べられそうでした。 保存料不使用ということで、とても健康的な印象もありました。素材にこだわっているためか、どれも自然な味わいで安心して食べられます。朝食やおやつ、ちょっとしたギフトにも重宝しそうです。 また、店舗は東京スカイツリータウン・ソラマチの2階にあり、アクセスも便利。営業時間は10時から21時まで、不定休ですが訪れる際は事前に確認すると良いでしょう。私が行った時も多くのお客さんが訪れていて、SNSでの話題に納得できました。 個人的には、今後も季節限定のフレーバ ーが出るのを楽しみにしていますし、東京観光の際にはぜひ立ち寄りたい名店だと感じました。皆さんもふわふわでぷるぷるな台湾カステラを体験しに行ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
