Habit Stacks to use to create your dream life

I am an Atomic Habits success story, so I wont belabor the book aside from telling you to read it, and then explain some things that have worked in my life 1 year after my first reading. Here are some of my favorite routines with habit stacking to give a try!

Morning Routine

Oil pull with one spoonful of coconut oil

While oil pulling, clean the kitchen

After oil pulling, full mouth care routine, skincare routine and haircare routine

Breakfast

Casual 30-minute walk and get water intake in

Sauna and dry brush, as well as more water

Shower with gua sha

Red light therapy and meditate

*on hair wash day, oil your hair before the sauna, so while you are in the sauna it works twice as well

Nighttime routine

Make sleepy mocktail and get water for bed ready

Basics - brush teeth, haircare, skincare, shower

*get in bed and make a sleepy time station (see older post)

Magnesium oil on feet

Lotion + oil body combo

Feet mask

Lip mask

Castor oil in belly button/ on abdomen

Hand mask

Cuticle oil

Face Spray

Pillow spray

Closing Shift for Home

Dishes

Counters

Trash

Couch

Coffee Table

Floors

Offices

Morning Shift for Home

Take dogs out + minties, vitamins

Put up dishes

Start a load of laundry

Turn on the robot vacuum

Light candles/incense

Linen spray couch
