Ingredients: Jasmine White rice, turnips, radish, kale, bok choy, bell peppers, Anaheim peppers, water chestnuts, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, honey, and ginger.

• I made 5 cups of rice here and use 2 of each vegetable. I honestly just estimate how much ingredients for the sauce lol. Typically I put more soy sauce and honey in. Table spoons for: olive oil, garlic and ginger. This feeds about 5 people. You can make more or less, ofc it all depends on how much you want to eat or how many people you are feeding.

Additional tips/notes: There’s so many different vegetables and meats you can use this is just what I use typically. Peas, carrots, shallots, asparagus, zucchini, bean sprouts, celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and onion.

For protein you can use chicken, beef, pork, shrimp tofu ,egg and more.

For the sauce other options there is vinegar, sugar, green onion, lemon grass, citrus juice/zest, curry chile/pepper, sesame, paprika, siracha, wine, harissa, cajun or Italian blends, Chinese 5 spice, pepper flakes ect!

Adding almonds / cashews adds a little flavor too!

!Don’t over fry the vegetables nor the water chestnuts!
