Funnel Cake Fries! Just like the fair — but even better at home!

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegetable oil or shortening, for frying!

Mix all ingredients together. Preheat frying oil to 350°F. With a ladle, bottle or piping bag. Drizzle batter into the oil and cook for a few minutes. When it is golden brown flip and continue cooking for a few more minutes. Remove and drain. Top with powdered sugar or strawberries and whip. Or chocolate drizzle ❤️
