Recipe
1/2 cup (112 g) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup (165 g) light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated white sugar
2 egg yolks, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup (128 g) creamy peanut
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
To a bowl, add softened butter and sugars, mix until smooth.
Add the egg yolks and vanilla. Mix.
Then, add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Add all dry ingredients and mix again. Dough will be soft but that’s okay.
Don’t add more flour. The flour should be measured very accurately!
Scoop 2 tbsp sized dough balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-11 minutes. Once done, let them cool down.
Melt chocolate (didn’t measure, added half a bag) melt in 20-30 second intervals mixing in between.
Dip or drizzle. Add sprinkles!
