It’s also essential to cultivate a supportive environment, whether through communities that celebrate body positivity or through creative spaces that encourage self-expression. Finally, sharing your journey—warts and all—can inspire others who may feel isolated in their own struggles. Vulnerability connects us on a human level, and authenticity breeds empowerment.
