Another game-changer? Always having water within arm's reach. Whether I'm at my desk working, running errands, or just relaxing at home, my water bottle is my constant companion. I've found that if I can see it, I'm much more likely to drink it. Investing in a good, reusable water bottle that I actually like carrying has made a huge difference. Sometimes I even keep a small glass of water right by my bed for those middle-of-the-night sips. Plain water can get boring, right? That’s where making it 'fun' comes in! I love infusing my water with fruits and herbs. My go-to recipe is often a mix of strawberry, cucumber, and mint – it’s incredibly refreshing.
