Start with fiber-rich fruits and veggies, think leafy greens, apples, berries, and carrots. These help keep things moving!

I also love adding fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, and yogurt for a healthy dose of probiotics.

Don’t forget healthy fats like avocados, olive oil, and nuts.

For protein, go for lean options like chicken, fish, or tofu.

Remember, gut health isn’t about one food; it's about balance.
