Here are some of my top tips for getting those air fryer wings absolutely perfect every single time. These little tricks have made all the difference for me: 1. The Preheating Secret: Don't skip this! Just like a traditional oven, preheating your air fryer to 365°F (as suggested in the recipe) for about 5-10 minutes makes a huge difference. It helps the wings start crisping up immediately when they hit the basket. 2. Pat Those Wings DRY: This is crucial! Before seasoning, take a moment to really pat your chicken wings dry with paper towels. Excess moisture is the enemy of crispiness. The drier they are, the crispier they'll get. 3. The Baking Powder Hack (Seriously!): A tiny bit of baking powder (not baking soda!) mixed with your seasonings is pure magic. It reacts with the chicken skin to break down proteins, leading to an incredibly crunchy crust. You won't taste it, I promise, but you'll feel the crunch! 4.
