Hot Chocolate Recipe

I had LOADS of Christmas candy leftover from the holidays and I decided to whip up some homemade hot chocolate to keep us warm while we beat this nasty winter storm here in the Midwest.

1.5 cups whole milk

8oz chocolate

2tsp powdered sugar

1/2tsp espresso powder

Heat the milk to a point where you can see steam rising and slowly add in your chocolate. Whisk until melted and add in powdered sugar and espresso. Whisk 'til incorporated and serve!
