Homemade Alfredo

1/2 stick of butter

1 tbsp of minced garlic

1 pint of heavy cream

4 oz of whipped cream cheese

1 tub of shredded Parmesan cheese

Put the 1/2 stick of butter in a deep skillet with the minced garlic on medium heat

Once the garlic the browned then add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and stir

Turn the heat on low to medium and add in the spoonfuls of cream cheese

Stir until well blended… do not let boil

Serve over favorite noodles
