I didn't think it could happen to me, but then it did...

I became 1 in 4, then 1 in 100... I've lost 3 pregnancies, as well as carry the pain of losing countless embryos.

They say time heals wounds, but there are so many things that time doesn't heal.

Though time allows you to see light again, you never forget the pain, the dates, the what ifs, and the dreams you created for someone you didn't get the chance to meet, but loved so much already...

Today we remember...

Those we carried but were gone too soon.

Those born sleeping.

Those taken home, but who've gone to heaven.

And those we dreamt lives for.

Loss is loss.

Pain is pain.

Grief is grief.

If you're struggling, I see you. I am you.

Know that no matter what type of loss you're navigating and grieving, your loss matters, and your pain is valid.

Tonight at 7 pm, I'll be lighting a candle to remember my little ones gone too soon and to honor all of you also grieving your losses.
