Shrimp Burnt Chili Fried Rice Grandma's Recipe 🍳

This menu is one that Grandma likes to make when she is young.

Raw Materials

• Small dried peppers roasted

• Big, roasted dried peppers

• Roasted shallots

• Roasted garlic

• It's shrimp

• Fine ground roasted dried shrimp

• Pan paste

• Coconut flower sugar

• Fish sauce

• Salt

• Rice bran oil

The Making Steps (Grandma's Home Edition)

1️⃣ shallots and garlic in oil until fragrant and then spun coarsely.

2️⃣ Jiao, light dried chili, fragrant, and then spun.

3️⃣ dried shrimp roasted to fragrance and ground.

4️⃣ Set the pan. Add the garlic-scented jiao-based oil.

Put it on, roast it, smell it, and set it aside.

5️⃣ Put the garlic-scented jiao oil again.

Put shrimp oil on it, roast the paint, then filter the oil.

6️⃣ Put the spun garlic shallots on it and stir it up.

Followed by the shift.

7️⃣ Seasoned.

• Coconut flower sugar

• Fish sauce

• Salt

8️⃣ Put the dried shrimp and stir it and simmer it.

9️⃣ Put on cayenne pepper as the final step.

Done to get a scented shrimp oil-burning chili sauce in a home recipe.
