Staying hydrated is another vital component of this challenge; I've committed to drinking 120 ounces of water each day, which helps in maintaining energy levels and overall well-being. Additionally, I focus on mindful eating by prioritizing protein and tracking my intake through MyFitnessPal, which is essential for managing my nutritional intake effectively. Incorporating mental health practices such as journaling and reading non-fiction consistently helps maintain mental clarity and focus. A strict rule I follow is no scrolling on social media, which gives me more time for productivity and self-reflection. The 75 Hard Challenge isn't just about physical transformation; it's about cultivating a resilient mindset that can sustain long-term change, tackling not just physical health, but also financial health by avoiding online shopping distractions. By being accountable and committed to this journey, I aim to inspire others to take on the challenge and transform their lives.
