Homemade Syrup
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Flavoring:
I used 1/2 tsp vanilla paste and 1/8 tsp maple extract
Bring sugars and water to a boil until it all dissolves. Remove from heat and add flavoring.
