✨ Getting real sleep – no more 1am scrolling and pretending I’m fine on 5 hours. I started treating sleep like a non-negotiable, and it shows.

✨ Walking 8k+ steps a day – even if it’s split into small bursts, I move my body daily and it adds up more than you think.

✨ Hydration + electrolytes – and no, just drinking water isn’t enough. I hydrate in a way that actually fuels my energy and supports my metabolism.

✨ BONUS: I swapped my caffeine crash cycle for supplements that support my cortisol + hormones — and it’s been the biggest game changer yet.
