No one told me high cortisol could cause this many symptoms.

• Your body odor suddenly changes

• Your digestion is a mess

• Your hair’s thinning

• You’re exhausted all day but wired at night

• You’re gaining weight in your face and stomach

• Your anxiety feels nonstop

This isn’t random.

This is cortisol.. and these are a ton of red flags.🚩

Most doctors won’t tell you that.

Most tests come back “normal.”

Says you’re completely fine yet you feel horrible!

But when your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight, your body starts showing signs in the strangest and most frustrating ways I had no idea.

Here’s what I didn’t know back then 👇

🧠 High cortisol wrecks your digestion

💤 It throws off your sleep cycle

⚖️ It increases fat storage — especially around your face, belly, and midsection

💇‍♀️ It triggers hair loss, fatigue, and inflammation

😳 And yes… even makes your sweat stink

I lived in that survival cycle for years.

No diet, detox, or gym plan could fix it.

Until I finally addressed the root cause — my cortisol aka my stress hormone.

That’s when everything started changing :

✅ The bloating calmed down

✅ I slept through the night

✅ No more afternoon naps - motivation all day

✅ And I dropped 27 lbs and multiple jean sizes — without extremes or burnout
