I have been building online since 2020 and I am going to tell you something nobody in this space wants to say out loud.

you can have the strategy. the content. the work ethic. the consistency. you can have all of it and still be completely underpaid because of one thing nobody told you to look at.

the compensation plan.

I was earning 10% commission on products I genuinely loved and talked about every single day. I was putting in full time effort and getting a fraction of what I was actually generating back.

and I thought that was just how it worked.

it is not how it works.

it is how most plans are designed to work.

and there is a massive difference.

50% commission on every single new customer order.

not up to 50.

not after you hit a rank.

50. from day one.

same woman. same hustle. same conversations.

the only thing that changed was what I was building on.

and it changed everything.

follow me for more and comment INSIDER below and I will show you exactly what I switched to. 🤍

... Read moreWhen I first started in network marketing, like many, I believed that working hard and being consistent were the main keys to success. However, despite my dedication, I was earning only a 10% commission on products I genuinely loved and recommended daily. It felt like no matter how much effort I put in, my earnings never matched the value I was creating. This realization led me to dig deeper into the behind-the-scenes factor that drastically influences income – the compensation plan. The compensation structure is often overlooked yet it plays a critical role in determining your financial outcomes. I learned that many plans are designed in ways that limit commissions unless you hit specific ranks or milestones. This means that no matter how much you sell or how consistent your hustle is, your earning potential remains capped by the plan's rules. The turning point in my journey was discovering a plan that offered 50% commission on every single new customer order from day one—no ranks to achieve first, no complicated thresholds. This simple change meant that the same conversations, the same hustle, and the same passion I put into my work now yielded a completely different financial result. It wasn't about working harder but working smarter and building on the right foundation. For anyone involved in network marketing, it's crucial to evaluate the compensation plan as carefully as your product choices or marketing strategy. A plan that rewards you fairly from the start can be a game changer, providing residual income and financial freedom opportunities much sooner. If you're struggling to see the earnings you deserve, consider whether your current compensation plan aligns with your goals. Sometimes, switching platforms or companies is necessary to achieve the 50% commission impact I experienced. Trust me, it's not just about effort—it's about the system you're in. This insight was a game changer for me, and sharing it here is my way to encourage others to look deeper. Your strategy and work ethic are important, but the compensation plan must work for you too.
