What my pets taught me … 🐶🐶

1. Live in the moment

My dog does not worry about yesterday or tomorrow. She reminds me to slow down and just be present.

2. Love without conditions

She shows up for me the same way every day. That is the kind of love I now aim to give and receive.

3. Rest when you need it

She rests whenever she is tired. I am learning that I do not need to earn rest. It is okay to pause.

4. Protect your peace

If something feels off, she walks away without a second thought. I am learning to do the same without guilt.

5. Find joy in the simple things

A walk. A treat. A sunny spot. She finds happiness in the smallest moments. That has taught me to do the same.

6. Stay loyal to those who care for you

She is always there for the people who love her. That has shown me the value of loyalty and presence.
