One method I found helpful was incorporating sound healing practices, similar to the 1 on 1 sound healing sessions mentioned in your post. Using vocal toning and chanting specific sounds like “Ham,” which resonates with the throat chakra, helped me release tension and unlock my ability to express myself more freely. I also noticed that journaling my thoughts before speaking allowed me to organize my truth and speak with clarity and confidence. Another practical tip is to become aware of times when you feel silenced or anxious about expressing yourself. This awareness is the first step to healing.
