Every 28 days I forget how annoying periods can be! But with my period pack essentials, it gets a little easier!

• Honeypot Products are my go-to because they are safe for us! They have herbal and herbal-free products. The spiciness of the herbal ones help my cramps (iykyk)

• caffeine-free Midol helps relieve my cramps quick than the original

• i shower 2x a day (morning & night) with the Naturium Energizer Bodywash. It’s tingly and neutralizes body odors

• period cups are for my heavier days/overnight & switch to pads/tampons on lighter days

• period panties and shorts are a MUST esp. if im at home all day. these are reusable and hold up so well!

• the supplements listed are in my everyday routine for overall feminine health

• hearting pads help with my cramps. i can take this one to work also!

• feminine washes help balance my PH while menstruating

• i use flushable baby wipes at home & carry a travel pack or individuals in my purse all the time

• i use boric acid on the last day on my cycle to help rebalance, refresh, and reset
