Signs your stress hormone cortisol is imbalanced!

was overwhelmed, anxious insomnia, moody, exhausted, brain fog, gut issues and gaining weight.

My nervous system was in fight or fight mode (my cortisol was dysregulated)!

Then I was introduced to a natural protocol working with the gut-brain axis that regulated my nervous system.
